How does the waitlist work?

If you encounter a wait, one member of your party will need to leave your name with the host in person. All members of your party must be present before being seated. If you are on the list and not present when your table is ready, you will be put back on top of the waitlist when you return.

Do you accept reservations?

We DO NOT accept reservations for Breakfast & Lunch Service. It is first come first serve. Even for large parties.

Where do I park?

Parking is on street. Some street suggestions are: Congress St, Dow St (access from Brackett St), Mellen St, Brackett St. (Parking lots surrounding Hot Suppa are not for restaurant parking.)

Do You Offer Takeout?

We offer our entire menu for takeout. During high volume times, takeout may be paused.

Do you allow dogs on the patio?

We love furry friends, however WE NO LONGER take dogs on the patio.
